Dear Mr. Ho,

With many years working as a bilingual teacher, it comes to my deep sense that student assimilation and respect for their native culture play the most important roles for a successful bilingual teacher. Though this is a very challenging task to perform both at the same time, the outcome normally is very rewarding.

A teacher should be showing different characteristics at teaching, not just that of a teacher, but of a motivator and leader as well. The “desire for learning” should be established among the students which shall encourage their academic development.

I have been used to new procedures and regulations on LEP as well as academic standards of different regions and subjects, such as Language for Information and Understanding, Language for Literacy Response and Expression, Language for Critical Analysis and Evaluation, and Language for Social Interaction. All of them are integrated well in my teaching method.

I believe that your school is looking for a passionate and participative teacher who may contribute the a bright future of your school, and I also believe that I shall satisfy your requirements well. I hope for a chance to discuss this matter with your further in an interview. Thank You Very Much.
